Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors has decided that:

• Deputy Chief Executive Mr. Sezgin Yılmaz will leave his position due to the role he will assume at Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik A.Ş.;
• Deputy Chief Executive Mr. Sezgin Lüle will leave his position due to the role he will assume at Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş.;
• Deputy Chief Executive Mr. Gürler Özkök will leave his position as Deputy CEO due to his appointment as Internal Systems Coordinator at our Bank;
• Mr. Ozan Uyar, CEO of Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş., Mr. Kenan Ayvacı, CEO of İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., Mr. Zekai Mehmet Tuğtan, CEO of Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi and Mr. Murat Doğan, Head of the Subsidiaries Division have been assigned as Deputy Chief Executives. The assignments of Mr. Uyar, Mr. Ayvacı, Mr. Tuğtan and Mr. Doğan will be effective pursuant to the necessary notifications to be made to and the permissions to be obtained from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
