The consolidated statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flows and statement of changes in equity together with the footnotes thereto (collectively referred to as the "Financial Statements") and the Board of Directors' Activity Report for the interim accounting period between 01.01.2026 – 31.03.2026, prepared by our Company in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") Communiqué Serial II-14.1 on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (the "Communiqué"), Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards ("TAS/TFRS") and the formats determined by the CMB;

a) Have been reviewed by us,

b) Within the framework of the information we possess in our respective fields of duty and responsibility within the Company, do not contain any untrue statement in material aspects or any omission that may result in misleading statements as of the date of disclosure,

c) Within the framework of the information we possess in our respective fields of duty and responsibility within the Company, the Activity Report prepared in accordance with the Communiqué fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company together with the entities included in the scope of consolidation, as well as the significant risks and uncertainties faced by the Company.
