Pursuant to the resolution of our Board of Directors dated 22.01.2026 and numbered 2026/03;
It has been resolved to establish a company in Poland under the title of "Oncosem sp. z o.o." (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) with a capital of PLN 100,000, in which our Company will participate with a 10% capital share, in order to engage in various commercial activities, primarily in the healthcare sector, within the scope of our Company's fields of activity.
Developments regarding the activities of the company to be established will be further disclosed to the public.
