For mechanical systems, we aimed to select environmentally friendly equipment with high energy efficiency, minimal ozone depletion, and low global warming impact. Furthermore, to minimize energy consumption, the lighting control system has been designed using the most modern technologies available today. In our Tablo Adalar Project, the use of highly energy-efficient devices, lighting automation in common areas, and the selection of LED luminaires aimed to reduce energy loads. In our Sancaktepe Mixed-Use Project, an integrated design approach was adopted, focusing on positioning buildings according to the sun and optimizing their openings accordingly, selecting highly efficient mechanical and electrical systems to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and reducing heating and cooling demand. The buildings feature motion sensor and LED lighting fixtures, lighting automation in parking areas, and underfloor heating. The selected facade materials aim to reduce heating loads in winter, while sunshades aim to reduce cooling loads in summer.
