Together with the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, the Risk Management Department and the Internal Systems Department are the main governance bodies responsible for identifying the risks and opportunities arising from environmental and climate change–related issues, as well as related policies and strategies, business objectives, and management and implementation standards; integrating these into corporate strategic plans; monitoring implementation and performance; and reporting to Senior Management and external stakeholders.
